Solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia T-733/17, formulada por el Director Jurídico del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.
La petición se realizó de manera específica frente a algunos apartes en los cuales se hizo referencia a informes o documentos presentados por dicha Cartera Ministerial durante el trámite de las acciones de tutela que dieron origen al referido fallo.
Teniendo en cuenta que el anterior requerimiento no cumple con los requisitos necesarios para su procedencia, toda vez que se presentó de forma extemporánea, la Corte decide RECHAZARLO.

- Segundo. Por Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, COMUNIQUESE al Ministerio de Salud y Proteccion Social lo resuelto en esta providencia, con la advertencia que contra la misma no procede recurso alguno.
